Circuit.\u00a0 Here at CR-CL we&#8217;d like to extend our thanks to the Board of Student Advisers for putting on another great night and extend our congratulations to all of the award winners:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Best Brief<\/strong>: The Petitioners (Jennifer Garnett, Ezra Marcus, Katie McCarthy, Jordan Moran, Ivan Pachenko, and Tom Ryan)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Best
