Submitted articles must be under 5000 words, and make a significant contribution to the field of environmental law. Citations should conform to the 20th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a preference for articles from Harvard Law School students, but J.D. or LL.M. students at other law schools are also welcome to submit articles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to submit an article:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like HELR to consider your article for publication, please submit the article, your CV, and a cover letter to HELR via <a href=\"https:\/\/harvard-environmental-law-review.scholasticahq.com\/for-authors\">Scholastica<\/a>.\u00a0If your institution does not support Scholastica submissions,\u00a0you may submit your\u00a0materials to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hlselr@mail.law.harvard.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">our\u00a0email account<\/a>.
