The print volume appears in two issues per academic year and its articles are made available in print, through our website, and via HeinOnline, Lexis, and Westlaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <i>Harvard Business Law Review<\/i>&nbsp;aims to be the premier sources for articles concerning laws governing business organization and capital markets.&nbsp;We publish articles by scholars, practitioners, and policymakers on corporate law and governance, securities and capital markets law, financial regulation and financial institutions, law and finance, financial distress and bankruptcy, and related subjects. The&nbsp;<i>Harvard Business Law Review Online <\/i>is particularly focused on publishing more brief and timely articles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">HBLR is partnered with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.harvard.edu\/programs\/olin_center\/corporate_governance\/\">Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance<\/a>.
