[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Saba Sadri and Autumn Simpson served as the editors-in-chief of the Harvard Business Law Review<\/em> from 2020 to 2021.<\/p>\n Saba Sadri received his J.D. from Harvard Law School; his M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School at Tufts University; and his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbra, having spent a semester abroad at the Paris Institute of Political Studies, Sciences Po. Saba came to Harvard Law School having worked in Latham & Watkins’ business services department. While at Harvard, he consulted at the New Markets Lab and for the World Bank Group, going on to spend both summers at Cleary Gottlieb Stein & Hamilton. Following Harvard, we will return to Cleary before a clerkship on the Delaware Supreme Court.<\/p>\n Autumn Simpson received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from Texas Christian University. Coming from Texas, she brought to Harvard an intelligence background, having worked at the Strategic Insight Group. While at Harvard, she spent both summers at Vinson & Elkins, specializing in mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets. Following her time at Harvard, she will return to V&E to counsel public and private firms on shareholder activism, corporate governance, regulatory filing, debt and equity capital markets, and other
