HBLR welcomes submissions from all members of the business law community, including students, academics, practitioners, regulators, and lawmakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Authors should submit their articles in Microsoft Word format through <a href=\"https:\/\/harvard-business-law-review.scholasticahq.com\">Scholastica<\/a>. Additionally, please use Scholastica to keep us updated about your article&#8217;s availability and any competing offer deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submissions without a resume or CV will not be reviewed. Cover letters are optional but preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Length Limitations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HBLR welcomes both full length articles and shorter notes; however, HBLR strongly prefers articles under 25,000 words in length \u2014 the equivalent of 50 law review pages \u2014 including text and footnotes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Citation Format<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manuscript citations must conform to the most recent edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalbluebook.com\">The Bluebook<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Review Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HBLR carefully reviews all submissions that it receives and notifies authors of decisions via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you would like to request an expedited review of
