We invite submissions from students currently enrolled at any ABA accredited law school. Submissions should focus on topics related to negotiation, mediation, or alternative dispute resolution.&nbsp; The note may take the form of a traditional article or case comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submissions Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submissions may be a maximum of 15,000 words including footnotes. Citations should conform to the 21st edition of the Bluebook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatting: We encourage authors to submit their articles in Word format, double spaced, size 12 pt Times New Roman font with size 10 pt Times New Roman footnotes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anonymization: Submissions will be anonymized, so please be sure to remove all references to your name, institution, and other identifiers within the body of your article.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evaluation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We conduct an individualized, holistic review of every student note. Considerations include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The clarity and effectiveness of the writing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rigorous analysis of ideas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creativity in the field of negotiation and dispute resolution;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuracy and quality of citations (in accordance with the 21<sup>st<\/sup>edition of the Bluebook); and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grammar, spelling, and technical polish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submissions Instructions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submissions should be emailed to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hnlr@mail.law.harvard.edu\">hnlr@mail.law.harvard.edu<\/a>.
