The most competitive submissions will be high quality legal scholarship that is of a particular interest to a conservative and libertarian audience. Each manuscript should be typed double-spaced, preferably in the Times New Roman 12-point typeface.<\/p>\n<p>Submissions by Scholastica are strongly preferred. While we also accept submissions via email, we cannot guarantee that email submissions will receive a timely response or acknowledgment. Please do not email article submissions to the Editor-in-Chief or copy the Editor-in-Chief on article submissions to the JLPP email.<\/p>\n<div id=\"scholastica-submission-button\" style=\"margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px\"><a style=\"border: none\" href=\"https:\/\/jlpp.scholasticahq.com\/for-authors\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/docs.scholastica\/law-review-submission-button\/submit_via_scholastica.png\" alt=\"Submit to Harvard Journal of Law &amp; Public Policy\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Law students should note that while student writing is considered, we have no process for publishing student notes that are not by Harvard Journal of Law &amp; Public Policy editors or recent alumni. As such, competitive student submissions will be of comparable length, scope, and quality as scholarship written by legal academics.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Submitting to JLPP: Per Curiam<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Per Curiam<\/em> is the premier publication for cutting-edge, timely legal scholarship and opinion. We aim to publish scholarly essays and policy pieces and will consider pieces with a wide range of word counts (starting at a minimum of 1,500 words).
