Annual Symposium

Every year, JLG hosts a Symposium at Harvard Law School with the goal of advancing feminist jurisprudence and fostering dialogue on emerging gendered legal issues. The Symposium is a multi-day event featuring panels and targetted discussions led by scholars and practicioners who work within the intersections of gender and the law.

Past Symposiums have explored issues such as reproductive justice, gender and the body, anticarceral feminism, workplace equality, LGBTQ rights, family law, and sexual violence. Panelists and Symposium chairs are each invited to contribute related scholarship to our Online Journal.
