The Harvard Journal of Law & Gender is among the nation’s foremost student-edited feminist law journals. Since its first publication in 1978, the Journal has been devoted to developing and advancing feminist jurisprudence, and to combining legal analysis with political, economic, historical, and sociological perspectives.
We actively seek to publish diverse viewpoints and creative forms of expression. In recent years, the Journal has published leading articles by professors, practitioners, and students on varied topics, including domestic violence, sexual harassment, reproductive rights, and women in the military.
