Inaugural Issue Now Available (Spring 2011)

The Harvard Business Law Review is pleased to announce the publication of its inaugural issue. By focusing on specific aspects of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, each of the following scholars helps to illuminate the merits and missteps of this century’s most sweeping financial reform.
