The Harvard Negotiation Law Review invites Harvard Law School students to participate in its annual Student Note Competition. The competition provides students with an opportunity to develop an original piece of legal scholarship addressing an issue related to negotiation, dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, or another field within HNLR’s subject matter.
Submissions are evaluated based on the strength and originality of the argument, quality of legal analysis and research, organization, and clarity of writing. Selected submissions may be considered for publication in the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.
