JLPP: PER CURIAM

The leading forum for timely right-of-center scholarship on the most pressing issues of today.

Welcome to Per Curiam

The Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy: Per Curiam is JLPP’s online publication, created to publish timely, rigorous scholarship on pressing legal and policy issues. Per Curiam features shorter pieces that engage with emerging legal developments in constitutional law, private law, the legal profession, and more.

While Per Curiam emphasizes timely interventions and seeks to provide more accessibility for readers, each piece published on Per Curiam undergoes a careful editorial review process to ensure the article meets with the rigorous standards of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.

JLPP: Per Curiam publishes shorter essays but accepts a wide variety of works. As part of our editorial process, we look for articles that contribute meaningfully to ongoing scholarly, judicial, and public debates. Per Curiam pieces are published on the Journal’s website here as well as on major legal databases. We encourage authors who publish with us to share their work widely.

JLPP: Per Curiam will be a home for legal scholarship that dares to challenge progressive orthodoxy online. It will provide a digital platform for the top conservative legal minds of our day and a source of high-level legal argumentation for the large audience of our readers—including law students, lawyers, members of the judiciary, and policymakers—who seek an alternative to the existing sources of legal discussion that still predominate in today’s classrooms, faculty lounges, and government offices.
