Rachel Lauter Last week, Massachusetts’ highest court, the Supreme Judicial Court, handed down its ruling in the Ibanez case, affirming a lower court’s ruling which invalidated two foreclosures based on U.S Bancorp and Wells Fargo’s improper paperwork.
