General Information
The Harvard Environmental Law Review contributes one student-written article per semester to the ELRS. Submitted articles must be under 5000 words, and make a significant contribution to the field of environmental law. Citations should conform to the 20th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
We have a preference for articles from Harvard Law School students, but J.D. or LL.M. students at other law schools are also welcome to submit articles.
How to submit an article:
If you would like HELR to consider your article for publication, please submit the article, your CV, and a cover letter to HELR via Scholastica. If your institution does not support Scholastica submissions, you may submit your materials to our email account. We accept submissions for online publications on a rolling basis.
